Abstract

The authors experienced a 3 months old girl having the idiopathic dilatation of the common bile duct. The diagnosis was established by clinical, laboratory and Surgery.
The has been followed for 6 months after choledocho-Jejunostomy (Roux-en Y type) and brief review of literature was made.
